Overview
Small animal medicine can involve a variety of care ranging from standard preventative care to advanced management of organ disease.
Our standard medicine, such as routine checkups, vaccinations, parasite control, and nutritional advice, is provided during each annual wellness exam. Advanced Internal Medicine involves diagnosing and treating non-surgical diseases of organ systems like the kidneys, liver, gastrointestinal tract, and respiratory tract.
After a thorough physical examination, our veterinarians determine which diagnostic tests are necessary and what treatments are indicated.
Comprehensive diagnostic equipment is available in the hospital, and results are typically available the same day.

Being admitted to the profession of veterinary medicine, I solemnly swear to use my scientific knowledge and skills for the benefit of society through the protection of animal health and welfare, the prevention and relief of animal suffering, the conservation of animal resources, the promotion of public health, and the advancement of medical knowledge.
