Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. Estimates for all services can be provided upon request before services are performed. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.
If you need to refill an animal’s prescription medication, please allow at least 24 – 48 hours before the medication is ready for pickup. We understand that some refills are needed as soon as possible and will do our best to accommodate your needs.

If you need to cancel an appointment or surgery, please contact us at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled time. Surgery deposits are taken at the time the surgery is scheduled. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a ‘No Show Fee’ being applied to the account. We understand that life is full of uncertainties and will do our best to accommodate our patients.
